Rest assured, we use the same Multiple Listing Service MLS(s) as other companies, your home will be listed the same way as it would if you were listed with ReMax, Keller Williams, Century 21, and other brand name brokerages. We use the same showing system with the same lockbox. We use the same Purchase and Sale Agreement forms and we participate with the same rules and standards as set forth by the MLS(s) and the New Jersey Real Estate Commission. You can expect to have a solid, professional, standard buying and selling experience with us, just as you would with another real estate firm, EXCEPT, our goal is to make the selling/buying of your home efficient and at great value to you.
With the advances in technology over the past two decades, we are able to work more efficiently therefore passing those savings to the client through our lowered commissions with streamlined outcomes. With a commission that can go as low as 1.25%, the client still receives the following and more, as the client is never shortchanged and still gets all he/she needs to reach his/her goals:
- Expertise on how to price your home correctly so you do not undersell it;
- Strategic marketing using tried and true methods and also cutting technology to leverage the digital age;
- Online portal to gain insight on what buyers are saying so you stay in the know and in control; and

We are so confident in our capabilities to service your sale and purchase well; you can cancel your contract with us at any time. If you want to come back at a later time, we will re-list at no charge for as long as you own the property and want it to be listed. Some of our sellers offer their home for rent, lease purchase and for sale at the same time and take the best offer that comes along.
