Real Estate Sales Agent with a Focus on Relationship Managememt

Feel @Home Realty is seeking a remarkable Residential Real Estate Sales Agent to work primarily in the Somerset, Morris and Union County area with a focus on the customer relationship and sales aspects of residential real estate. This is an employee position with a base salary, benefits and bonus. A New Jersey Real Estate License is a must. We are in growth mode and will be hiring additional staff to build a team around you of transaction and marketing specialists so you can focus on the below requirements.

You must:

• have a New Jersey Real Estate License;
• have an open mind to be trained on the Feel @Home Brokerage processes and procedures;
• have experience as a full-time real estate sales agent for a minimum of 1yr;
• have reliable transportation;
• be able to work evenings and weekends

Additional items a plus but not required:

• an established presence in Somerset and/or Morris County;
• tech savvy;
• flexibility in hours;
• stage a home properly

You should be able to:

• establish trust with the seller and buyer;
• utilize problem-solving and conflict resolution skills;
• “take things in stride” in a constantly changing entrepreneurial environment;
• follow instructions and be confident to ask questions when something is unclear;
• work with a team;
• communicate clearly;
• determine clients’ needs and financial abilities in order to propose solutions that suit them;
• intermediate negotiation processes;
• perform a Feel @Home CMA to estimate a property’s value (training will be provided);
• speak to prospective clients about the Feel @Home buying and selling process

Characteristics you should possess:

• energy, passion, and enthusiasm for residential real estate;
• collaborative;
• a tendency to be a self-starter but know when to ask for help;
• a willingness to learn new things

• Leads will be provided by Company, however, agent generated leads will be weighted accordingly in bonus;
• Base salary (dependent upon experience and established presence in Somerset and Morris County) with bonus based on company performance;
